Job Responsibilities
- Familiarize with company’s vision and mission, accomplish goals and objectives.
- Create and execute strategic sales plan to expand customer base and global reach.
- Assist in developing marketing and sales campaigns and strategies.
- Assist clients with technical queries, educate on product benefits.
- Collate and maintain client information in CRM database.
- Conduct market research for industry trends, competitive analysis, business growth.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics, identify improvement areas.
- Monitor business development processes to increase revenue and growth.
- Identify team knowledge gaps, develop plans to address them.
- Manage month-end and year-end close processes.
- Coordinate with other departments to support sales efforts.
- Negotiate and close deals with new and existing clients.
