Job Description

We are seeking an energetic Business Development Manager to drive our sales and grow the business. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Job Responsibilities

  • Familiarize yourself with the company's vision and mission to achieve set goals and objectives.
  • Create and execute a strategic sales plan to expand the customer base and global reach.
  • Assist in developing marketing and sales campaigns and strategies.
  • Support clients with technical queries and educate them on how the product benefits their specific needs.
  • Collate and maintain client information in the CRM database.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, perform competitive analysis, and explore potential areas for business growth.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics to assess progress and identify improvement areas.
  • Monitor business development processes to boost revenue and growth.
  • Identify and address knowledge gaps within the team.
  • Ensure company quotas are met by holding daily check-ins with the sales team to set objectives and monitor progress.
  • Manage month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Collaborate with clients through social media, email, or in person.
  • Coordinate with other departments to create supporting sales materials.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through exceptional service.
  • Maintain accurate records of client data and sales activities.
  • Negotiate and close deals with new and existing clients.
