Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Inside Sales Executive to help us grow our customer base and strengthen our market presence. The ideal candidate will actively seek new business opportunities, build relationships, and support the sales process from lead generation to closure.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential leads through online research, inbound inquiries, and outbound communication.
- Initiate and maintain contact with prospects via phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and follow up for order closures.
- Maintain and update all leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in Zoho CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and follow-up targets.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends to communicate effectively with clients.
